Job Summary:
Jascon Engineering W.L.L. is seeking a motivated and results-driven HR & Payroll Officer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations and payroll processes while ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage monthly payroll processing accurately and on time
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
- Handle recruitment activities including screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Administer employee attendance, leave, overtime, and benefits
- Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law and company HR policies
- Prepare payroll reports, salary statements, and management reports
- Coordinate with PRO for visas, renewals, medicals, and government formalities
- Address employee queries related to HR and payroll matters
- Support performance management and disciplinary procedures
- Assist in HR audits and continuous improvement of HR processes
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in HR & payroll (preferably in construction/engineering sector)
- Strong knowledge of Qatar Labor Law
- Experience with payroll systems and MS Excel
- High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with WPS payroll processing
- Familiarity with ERP or HRMS systems
- Multinational workforce handling experience

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
