Job Summary:
The HR Officer is responsible for supporting daily HR operations, maintaining employee records, and ensuring effective communication within the organization. The role requires strong computer proficiency and professional email handling skills to manage HR processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain employee records (digital and physical)
  • Handle recruitment processes (posting jobs, screening CVs, scheduling interviews)
  • Prepare HR documents (contracts, letters, reports)
  • Manage attendance, leave tracking, and basic payroll data
  • Communicate with employees regarding HR policies and updates
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information

Computer Skills Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with HR systems or ERP (e.g., Odoo, SAP, or similar)
  • Ability to create reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Basic knowledge of data entry and database management
  • Familiarity with cloud tools (Google Workspace is a plus)

Email & Communication Skills:

  • Professional email writing and etiquette
  • Ability to respond clearly and promptly to internal and external inquiries
  • Draft HR-related emails (job offers, interview invitations, notices)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential communication with discretion

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of HR or administrative experience (preferred)
