- Payroll Management:
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
- Ensure proper calculation of salaries, overtime, deductions, and bonuses.
- Handle PF, ESI, gratuity, TDS, and other statutory deductions.
- Accounting & Financial Reporting:
- Maintain HR accounts and records in compliance with company policies.
- Prepare HR-related financial reports for management review.
- Reconcile payroll accounts with general ledger.
- Employee Benefits & Compliance:
- Manage employee reimbursements, leave encashments, and other benefits.
- Ensure statutory compliance with PF, ESI, TDS, and other labor laws.
- Assist in audits related to HR accounts.
- HR Support & Coordination:
- Collaborate with HR for maintaining accurate employee records.
- Support HR in budgeting and forecasting for manpower costs.
- Respond to employee payroll and accounting-related queries.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in payroll accounting or HR finance.
- Knowledge of statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, gratuity) and labor laws.
- Proficiency in Excel, accounting software, and payroll management systems.
