Key Responsibilities

Accounts Duties

  • Maintain basic accounting records and filing.
  • Process invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
  • Assist in accounts payable and receivable.
  • Update petty cash and expense records.
  • Support bank and ledger reconciliations.
  • Assist in monthly financial reporting.
  • Coordinate with vendors for payment follow-ups.

HR Duties

  • Maintain employee records and personal files.
  • Record daily attendance and leave updates.
  • Assist in monthly payroll data preparation.
  • Support recruitment and interview scheduling.
  • Assist in onboarding and employee documentation.
  • Prepare HR letters and employment documents.
  • Track visa, medical, and labor-related processes.
  • Maintain employee status and contract records.
  • Handle basic employee queries.
  • Support exit and clearance formalities.

General Duties

  • Maintain filing and documentation.
  • Support daily office administrative tasks.
  • Ensure confidentiality of company data.
  • Assist management in routine reporting.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
