Key Responsibilities
Accounts Duties
- Maintain basic accounting records and filing.
- Process invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Assist in accounts payable and receivable.
- Update petty cash and expense records.
- Support bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Assist in monthly financial reporting.
- Coordinate with vendors for payment follow-ups.
HR Duties
- Maintain employee records and personal files.
- Record daily attendance and leave updates.
- Assist in monthly payroll data preparation.
- Support recruitment and interview scheduling.
- Assist in onboarding and employee documentation.
- Prepare HR letters and employment documents.
- Track visa, medical, and labor-related processes.
- Maintain employee status and contract records.
- Handle basic employee queries.
- Support exit and clearance formalities.
General Duties
- Maintain filing and documentation.
- Support daily office administrative tasks.
- Ensure confidentiality of company data.
- Assist management in routine reporting.
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
