Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR & Accounts Executive to handle both human resource and accounting functions at our construction site/office. The role involves managing payroll, attendance, recruitment, vendor payments, and statutory compliance while ensuring smooth coordination between site and head office.

Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resource Responsibilities:

  • Maintain employee attendance, leave, and overtime records (site & office staff).
  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities for staff and workers.
  • Prepare and process monthly payroll with statutory deductions (EPF, ESI, TDS, etc.).
  • Maintain employee personal files and update HR records regularly.
  • Coordinate with site supervisors for manpower planning and labour deployment.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, contractor records, and safety regulations.
  • Address employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.

Accounts & Finance Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting entries in Tally or ERP system.
  • Prepare vouchers, maintain petty cash, and handle project expenses.
  • Process vendor bills, material invoices, and subcontractor payments.
  • Reconcile bank statements and prepare monthly financial summaries.
  • Assist in preparation of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
  • Coordinate with auditors and head office for monthly/annual closings.
  • Maintain proper documentation for purchases, advances, and site transactions.

Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of Tally / Excel / MS Office.
  • Familiar with labour laws, EPF, ESI, and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a site-based environment.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving ability.

Pay

  • From Min-15,000 to Max (Based on Experience)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
