Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding:Posting job ads, coordinating interviews, screening candidates, managing new hire onboarding, and preparing offer letters.
- Employee Records & Data Management:Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records, updating HR databases, and managing documents related to contracts, certifications, and benefits.
- Payroll & Benefits Administration:Assisting with payroll processing, collecting employee data for salary disbursal, and handling employee queries about benefits, leave, and entitlements.
- Policy & Compliance:Implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and keeping up-to-date on regulatory changes.
- Employee Relations:Addressing employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances, and helping to resolve workplace issues.
- Reporting & Communication:Preparing HR-related reports, creating internal communications, and generating presentations on HR metrics.
- Training & Development:Assisting in the creation and delivery of training materials and facilitating professional development opportunities for employees.
- Administrative Support:Managing general HR office tasks, coordinating meetings, and providing administrative support to the HR department and other organizational levels.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
