Human Resources

  • Manage the complete employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, payroll, leave management, and offboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in line with UAE Labour Law.
  • Handle visa processing, renewals, medicals, Emirates ID, insurance, and other PRO-related coordination.
  • Manage payroll processing, WPS submissions, and overtime calculations.
  • Prepare and maintain HR policies, procedures, and compliance with MOL/MOHRE.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

Administration

  • Oversee daily office administration, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Manage company assets distribution (SIM cards, laptops, uniforms, etc.) and maintain proper records.
  • Support management in coordinating audits, inspections, and government documentation.
  • Ensure proper filing, correspondence, and coordination with vendors and suppliers.
  • Manage office utilities, contracts, and renewals (Ejari, trade license, insurance, etc.).
