We are looking for a highly organized and people-focused HR Administrator with a background in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR processes, employee relations, and administrative tasks, with a strong understanding of the dynamics and demands of the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations including employee records, contracts, onboarding/offboarding, and compliance
  • Coordinate recruitment activities for frontline and support staff
  • Administer payroll changes, leave tracking, and attendance systems
  • Support employee engagement and retention initiatives tailored to hospitality environments
  • Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures
  • Assist in organizing training programs and maintaining training records
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
  • Liaise with department heads to support staffing and workforce planning

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (2–3 years) in an HR/Admin role, preferably in hotels, restaurants, resorts, or similar
  • Familiarity with labor regulations in hospitality contexts
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
  • Degree or certification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
