Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR administrator to oversee all human resources functions in our restaurant. This role involves recruiting and onboarding restaurant staff, managing payroll and compliance, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Hiring

  • Develop hiring plans for managerial positions, front-of-house (waiters & cashiers, hosts), backof-house (Line cooks, dishwashers), and support staff.
  • Write job descriptions, post job openings, and conduct interviews.
  • Oversee onboarding, training, and probationary evaluations.
  • Handle employment contracts and salaries

2. Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws, health, and safety regulations.
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and work permits (if applicable).
  • Resolve workplace conflicts and implement fair disciplinary measures.
  • Create and enforce policies related to attendance, hygiene, and workplace conduct.

3. Payroll & Administration

  • Process salaries, overtime, and incentives.
  • Manage employee leaves, holidays, and shifts.
  • Ensure proper documentation for tax and legal compliance.
  • Overseeing employee attendance and working schedules including breaks, overtime, and paid time off

4. Performance Management & Training

  • Implement training programs for customer service, food safety, and operational efficiency.
  • Set performance goals and conduct employee evaluations.
  • Organize team-building activities and incentives to boost staff collaboration.

5. Workplace Policies & Culture

  • Develop policies that promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Address employee grievances and ensure a respectful workplace.
