We are seeking an experienced HR Admin who must have at least 4-5 years of Experience in the Construction Field.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle and resolve all camp related issues and disputes in a professional and efficient manner.
- Communicate policies and procedures to camp labors and make sure all are compliant by following up with camp leaders and conducting regular visits as required.
- Take care of labors onboarding process from the time they land in Qatar by creating their profiles and follow up with PRO until their RP requirements are finalized.
- Be familiar with the Government Immigration portal (Hukoomi) and perform transactions when instructed by Line Manager.
- ·Serve as backup for Payroll Officer while on leave and assist in the payroll process as needed to ensure efficient and accurate processing.
- Develop a database of qualified candidates in advance of need and build networks within and outside Doha to find qualified passive candidates.
- Post openings in appropriate venues (social media, recruitment agencies, website etc.)
- Liaise with Manpower agencies and arrange for travel to recruit skilled and unskilled laborers as per the company needs.
- Implement the onboarding process for new joiners; from visa arrangement to flight booking and boarding in Doha.
- Orient new joiners on company and HR policies and procedures and make sure they are well equipped to start their job.
- Follow up with department heads on new joiner’s evaluations (3 and 6 months) and their confirmation in the company.
- Perform any other HR duties as required by Line Manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills
