A leading organization in Qatar is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Manager to oversee the human resources function and drive people strategies aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have extensive HR leadership experience in Qatar or the GCC region, with strong knowledge of labour laws, HR operations, and talent management.

Job Summary

The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support organizational goals. This position involves leading all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance. The successful candidate will act as a strategic partner to management and foster a positive, high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Lead and manage HR operations, ensuring effective delivery across all HR functions.
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment and onboarding to attract and retain high-caliber talent.
  • Ensure compliance with Qatar Labour Law and company policies.
  • Advise leadership on organizational structure, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Develop compensation, benefits, and performance evaluation frameworks.
  • Lead learning and development programs to enhance employee growth and engagement.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics to support business decisions.
  • Promote a culture of diversity, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a senior or managerial HR role.
  • Strong understanding of Qatar Labour Law and HR practices in the GCC.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to handle complex employee relations and organizational development initiatives.

Preferred:

  • Professional certification such as CIPD, SHRM-SCP, or SPHR.
  • Experience in multinational or large local organizations in Qatar.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday.
