We’re looking to hire an immediate joiner for the role of HR & Admin Assistant who can efficiently manage people operations and office administration

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment, onboarding & employee documentation
• Maintain HR records, attendance, leave & employee data
• Support payroll coordination & HR compliance activities
• Handle office administration, vendors, facilities & supplies
• Coordinate interviews, meetings & internal communications
• Act as a point of contact for employee HR/Admin queries

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in HR & Admin role
• Basic knowledge of HR processes, labor laws & documentation
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational & multitasking abilities
• Female candidates preferred
