Job Title: HR Admin

Location: Sector-80, Noida

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Experience: 2 – 3 Years

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated HR Admin to support day-to-day human resources and administrative operations. The candidate should have hands-on experience in HR administration and office coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data

Assist in payroll coordination and HR documentation

Handle onboarding and exit formalities

Coordinate with vendors for office administration tasks

Manage files, reports, and internal communication

Support HR activities and compliance-related work

Ensure smooth daily office operations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2 to 3 years of experience in HR Admin or similar role

Good knowledge of HR operations and admin processes

Basic understanding of payroll and statutory compliance

Strong communication and coordination skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)

Ability to multitask and work independently

Preferred Candidate:
