We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Admin Assistant to support our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with administrative tasks related to recruitment, employee records, payroll, benefits, and general HR functions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in HR while providing essential support to a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Post job openings on relevant platforms and company website.
Assist in reviewing resumes and scheduling interviews.
Prepare onboarding materials for new hires and support the orientation process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Ensure all HR documentation is properly filed and compliant with legal requirements.
Assist in drafting HR-related documents such as offer letters, contracts, and termination letters.
Support payroll preparation by collecting attendance and leave data.
Assist employees with benefits inquiries and support benefits enrollment processes.
Serve as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and employee satisfaction surveys.
Help coordinate training sessions and workshops.
Maintain records of employee training and development activities.
Schedule meetings and handle correspondence for the HR team.
Support with compliance and policy updates.
Maintain office supplies and HR materials as needed.
