We are leading Recruiter Firm in Kolkata and we have an urgent requirement HR Admin for our client company.

Job Description:

Position: HR Admin

Education:-

MBA / MSW / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent

Certification in labor laws or HR compliance will be an added advantage

Responsibility:

Recruitment & Onboarding

Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer coordination

Manage onboarding and induction process for new joiners

Maintain recruitment trackers and employee databases

HR Operations

Maintain employee records, personal files, and HRMIS data

Issue appointment letters, confirmation letters, increment letters, and exit documents

Handle attendance, leave management, and shift records

Payroll & Compliance

Coordinate with payroll team for salary processing

Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, PT, gratuity, and labor laws

Assist in audits and statutory inspections

Employee Relations

Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns

Support grievance handling and disciplinary processes

Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives

Performance & Policy Management

Assist in performance appraisal processes

Implement and communicate HR policies and procedures

Ensure policy compliance across the organization

Exit Management

Handle resignation, exit formalities, full & final settlement coordination

Conduct exit interviews and maintain records

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of HR processes and labor laws

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Good organizational and multitasking abilities

Ability to handle confidential information professionally

Experience: 1 year – 5 years

Salary: 2 LPA to 5 LPA

Location: Kolkata
