Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources (HR) Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment & onboarding (job postings, interviews, offer letters, joining formalities).
- Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Support performance management and appraisal processes.
- Implement and enforce HR policies, procedures, and company rules.
- Address employee grievances and support employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal regulations.
- Assist in HR audits and reporting.
Administration Responsibilities
- Manage office administration, facilities, and vendor coordination.
- Oversee office supplies, assets, and inventory management.
- Handle travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff.
- Support administrative documentation and correspondence.
- Organize company events, meetings, and employee activities.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and efficient workplace environment.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in HR & Administration (based on role level)
- HR certification is an added advantage

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
