Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources (HR) Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment & onboarding (job postings, interviews, offer letters, joining formalities).
  • Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
  • Support performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Implement and enforce HR policies, procedures, and company rules.
  • Address employee grievances and support employee engagement activities.
  • Coordinate training and development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal regulations.
  • Assist in HR audits and reporting.

Administration Responsibilities

  • Manage office administration, facilities, and vendor coordination.
  • Oversee office supplies, assets, and inventory management.
  • Handle travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff.
  • Support administrative documentation and correspondence.
  • Organize company events, meetings, and employee activities.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and efficient workplace environment.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR & Administration (based on role level)
  • HR certification is an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
