Job Title: HR Admin

Location: Howrah, Ankurhati
Salary: Upto 35,000 per month + PF & Mediclaim
Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years of Experience within a factory or manufacturing Organization

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR Admin professional to manage HR operations and administrative activities at our factory/manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR and administrative functions within a factory or manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage attendance, leave records, shift planning, and manpower coordination
  • Maintain HR records, employee documentation, and ensure statutory compliance
  • Coordinate payroll data and prepare HR-related reports
  • Handle warehouse administration and provide administrative support to staff
  • Support day-to-day HR and admin operations at the site

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR/Admin roles
  • Prior experience in a factory or manufacturing company is mandatory
  • Good knowledge of attendance systems, payroll coordination, and compliance
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
