Job Role:

We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Administrator to support daily human resources functions including HR operations, employee relations, and administrative activities. The role ensures smooth HR processes, accurate record-keeping, and effective support to employees and management.

Key Responsibilities: HR Operations & Administration:
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes and documentation
  • Prepare HR letters (offers, confirmations, warnings, NOCs, etc.)
  • Support payroll by maintaining attendance, leave, and timesheet records
  • Assist with recruitment coordination and support
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
Employee Relations:
  • Act as a point of contact for employee HR queries
  • Support grievance handling and employee issue documentation
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives
  • Coordinate internal HR communications and announcements
Reporting & Compliance:
  • Assist with HR reporting and audits
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information
  • Support management with HR data and documentation as required
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR administration or similar role
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR processes
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and HRMS systems
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality
