HR & Admin Assistant – NY ESTILO (Interior Design Company)

Location: Thubarahalli – Whitefield, Bangalore
Work Days: Monday to Saturday
Shift: Day Shift
Qualification: Any Graduate (Freshers Welcome)

About the Company

NY ESTILO is a dynamic and fast-growing interior design company that specializes in delivering stylish, functional, and innovative interior spaces. We are looking for a proactive HR & Admin Assistant to support our HR and administrative functions and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities HR Responsibilities

  • Post job openings on job portals and manage candidate applications.
  • Assist managers in coordinating and scheduling interviews.
  • Generate and share offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
  • Collect and maintain documents from new joiners; maintain employee database.
  • Track & update attendance and leave records on a daily basis.
  • Assist the accounts team with monthly payroll by providing attendance and leave data.
  • Support employee engagement activities and HR-related events.
  • Address basic HR queries and ensure adherence to HR policies.

Admin Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with support vendors such as:
  • Internet service providers
  • Mobile SIM network providers
  • Server and IT vendors
  • CCTV & surveillance support
  • System/desktop/laptop support vendors
  • Procure office supplies and items required for staff (stationery, hardware, safety gear, etc.).
  • Manage AMC/service calls and ensure timely follow-ups and resolutions.
  • Maintain office equipment and coordinate repairs or replacements when needed.
  • Maintain records of company assets assigned to employees.

Front Office Support (As Needed)

  • Attend walk-in clients when required and guide them to concerned departments.
  • Support reception duties in the absence of admin staff.

Skills & Requirements

  • Any graduate — freshers are encouraged to apply.
  • Good verbal & written communication (English & Kannada preferred).
  • Basic MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Email communication).
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Positive attitude, good interpersonal skills, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
