An HR Admin Assistant Executive is responsible for a dual role of supporting human resources and general office administration. Key duties include managing employee records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, handling payroll, ensuring HR compliance, and overseeing general office operations like inventory and event coordination. This role bridges administrative support with HR functions, focusing on the day-to-day smooth operation of the department and office. Human Resources duties

  • Recruitment and onboarding: Assist with job postings, scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, preparing offer letters, and managing the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Employee records and data: Maintain and update employee records in databases, process documentation, and prepare reports on personnel activities, benefits, and performance.
  • Payroll and benefits: Assist in payroll processing by providing data and checking records; assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries.
  • Employee relations and compliance: Help resolve employee grievances and disciplinary issues; ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Administrative duties

  • Office management: Oversee office supplies, manage inventory, and coordinate office maintenance and facility management.
  • Communication and support: Act as a point of contact, answer phone calls and emails, and provide support to management and other departments.
  • Event coordination: Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and training programs.
  • General tasks: Handle general administrative tasks as needed, prepare documents, and manage schedules and calendars.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
