Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Duties

  • Manage office operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning
  • Handle correspondence, documentation, and record keeping
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements
  • Maintain office supplies and vendor relationships
  • Support management with reports and administrative tasks

HR Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment processes (job postings, screening, scheduling interviews)
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Assist in payroll coordination and attendance management
  • Help implement HR policies and ensure compliance
  • Address employee queries related to HR and administration

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR & administrative roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
