
Key Result Areas:
- Responsible for managing employee’s business travel arrangements, staff transportation, and claim settlements.
- Manage onboarding processes, induction, and new employee documentation.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and filing systems.
- Process medical insurance additions/deletions and support exit formalities.
- Create PR/PO requests, manage petty cash, and assist with budget preparations and tracking expenses.
- Maintain all admin reports, trackers, and documentation.
- Support office facilities management and general administrative operations.
- Assist with audits, internal training, policy support, and HR day-to-day tasks.
- Draft, review, and update HR and administrative policies.
- Support investigations and manage disciplinary processes, ensuring proper documentation, communication, and adherence to company procedures.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate or Post‑Graduate in Human Resources with 2-3 yrs of HR or Admin experience.
- Strong command of English, with the ability to draft policies, reports, and formal HR documents.
- Technical Skills: Excellent MS Office skills, with advanced Excel proficiency (tracking, reporting, data management).
