HR & Admin Assistant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented HR & Admin Assistant to support our Human Resources and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will assist in daily HR tasks, office management, and ensure smooth coordination between departments.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment process (job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling)
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
  • Handle attendance, leave records, and basic payroll coordination
  • Manage office administration tasks (supplies, vendor coordination, etc.)
  • Assist in organizing company events and meetings
  • Handle official correspondence and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience (Fresh candidates with strong skills can apply)
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
