HR & Admin Assistant

About Us
We are a growing Dairy Queen franchise group operating multiple restaurant locations across the United States. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Operations Coordinator to support our management team through reporting, operational analysis, HR administration, and business support.

This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, comfortable working with data, and capable of balancing both administrative and analytical responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Reporting

  • Prepare weekly reports covering sales, revenue, and operational performance.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze business data using Brink POS and internal systems.
  • Develop PowerPoint presentations and meeting materials for weekly General Manager meetings.
  • Support leadership with reporting requests, business updates, and operational analysis.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.

DoorDash Dispute Management

  • Investigate customer disputes and refund requests by reviewing CCTV footage, transaction records, and supporting documentation.
  • Determine appropriate resolutions based on operational evidence.
  • Document findings and maintain organized investigation records.

HR & Administrative Support

  • Assist with recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
  • Support onboarding and employee documentation processes.
  • Maintain employee records and HR-related files.
  • Assist with preparing HR reports and tracking workforce data.
  • Provide general administrative support to management and HR teams as needed.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data organization, reporting, and analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Previous experience in HR, administration, reporting, operations, or a related field is preferred.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, communicates professionally, and enjoys supporting business operations through accurate reporting, strong organization, and effective HR administration.

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
