Job Title: Key Responsibilities
- Data Management: Updating and maintaining accurate employee records in the HRIS or database.
- Onboarding/Offboarding: Assisting with new hire orientation, preparing documents, and processing employee exits.
- Administrative Tasks: Filing documents, processing payroll data, and handling HR correspondence.
- Employee Engagement: Supporting the planning of company events and initiatives.
Requirements and Skills
- Software Proficiency: Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS databases.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with candidates and employees.
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
