Techniline Electronics is a professional audio distribution company in Dubai operating in a structured growth phase. We are hiring an HR & Admin Coordinator to support HR operations, documentation, compliance tracking, and recruitment coordination.
This is a hands-on execution role focused on accuracy, coordination, and process reliability. It is not a strategic HR leadership position.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain employee records, leave tracking, and documentation in Zoho People
- Prepare standard HR letters and coordinate employee documentation
- Track visa/renewal documentation and support compliance follow-ups
- Support payroll input preparation (data collection and checklists)
- Post job ads, screen CVs against basic criteria, and schedule interviews
- Maintain recruitment pipeline tracking and onboarding documentation
Requirements
- 2–5 years in HR/admin operations or similar coordination role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with checklists
- Comfortable with HR systems and Excel/Google Sheets
- Professional written English
- Calm under deadlines and able to follow escalation processes
