HR & Admin Executive

Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR & Admin Executive to join our team in the Food & Beverage industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR functions, administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
  • Oversee payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and health & safety regulations.
  • Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Maintain staff training records and coordinate learning & development programs.
  • Handle office administration, including licenses, contracts, and documentation.
  • Assist in performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
  • Coordinate with government authorities for work permits, visas, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR & Administration, preferably in the F&B industry.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll processing, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
