Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive Assistant to support our Human Resources and Administrative departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR operations, administrative tasks, and executive support functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
  • Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.
  • Draft and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and general administrative duties.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Support HR initiatives such as employee engagement activities, training, and performance reviews.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional demeanor with a high level of confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in HR / Business Administration or any related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR and/or administrative roles preferred.
  • Female candidates preferred; married candidates are encouraged to apply.
