HR & Admin Executive

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Admin Executive to be the backbone of our HR operations. You will be the go-to person for all administrative matters within the HR department, ensuring smooth and efficient processes from onboarding new hires to maintaining impeccable employee records. Key Responsibilities:

HR Administration & Record Keeping:

  • Maintain and update physical and digital employee records with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Prepare HR-related documents, including employment contracts, offer letters, and promotion letters.
  • Manage the HR inbox, responding to employee queries and directing them to the appropriate resources.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for HR metrics.

Recruitment & Onboarding Support:

  • Coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
  • Prepare onboarding kits and facilitate a seamless first-day experience for new hires.
  • Conduct background checks and verify employment references.
  • Assist with the orientation program for new employees.

Payroll & Benefits Administration:

  • Support the payroll process by providing accurate data on attendance, leaves, and deductions.
  • Administer employee benefits programs (health insurance, retirement plans, etc.) and serve as a point of contact for employee questions.
  • Process and track employee time-off requests and maintain leave records.

Employee Relations & Compliance:

  • Act as a first point of contact for basic HR policy questions.
  • Help organize company events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.
  • Assist with exit interviews and offboarding procedures.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications & Skills):

Essential:

  • Proven experience (1-3 years) as an HR Administrator, HR Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Solid understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
  • Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS) or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
