HR & Admin Executive

Key Responsibilities1. Human Resources (HR)

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, employee handbook, and compliance documentation.
  • Maintain employee records, leave management, and attendance systems.
  • Coordinate employee engagement, training, and performance management activities.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory labor laws and HR best practices.

2. Administration

  • Oversee office operations, vendor management, and facility management.
  • Handle procurement of office supplies, equipment, and service contracts.
  • Maintain documentation, filing systems, and internal record-keeping.
  • Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics for employees and visitors.
  • Monitor budgets related to office expenses and ensure cost optimization.
  • Liaise with external agencies, consultants, and government offices as required.

3. Executive Assistant to Director

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director.
  • Manage calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, presentations, and reports.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up trackers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
