Key Responsibilities1. Human Resources (HR)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, employee handbook, and compliance documentation.
- Maintain employee records, leave management, and attendance systems.
- Coordinate employee engagement, training, and performance management activities.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
- Ensure compliance with statutory labor laws and HR best practices.
2. Administration
- Oversee office operations, vendor management, and facility management.
- Handle procurement of office supplies, equipment, and service contracts.
- Maintain documentation, filing systems, and internal record-keeping.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics for employees and visitors.
- Monitor budgets related to office expenses and ensure cost optimization.
- Liaise with external agencies, consultants, and government offices as required.
3. Executive Assistant to Director
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director.
- Manage calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence, presentations, and reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up trackers.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
