Job Title: Senior HR & Admin Executive (Construction Industry Experience)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior HR & Admin Executive to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the construction industry and will be responsible for leading HR and administrative functions for a workforce of 300+ multinational white- and blue-collar employees. This role requires proven leadership skills, the ability to manage large teams, and a strong understanding of HR, compliance, and administration processes.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Lead and supervise a team of HR staff.
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and official documentation.
- Manage payroll processing, attendance monitoring, and employee benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company regulations.
- Coordinate with Head Office for staff operations and efficiency improvements.
Administration
- Lead and supervise a team of Admin staff, including drivers and camp supervisors.
- Manage staff accommodation facilities to ensure proper standards.
- Oversee transportation logistics and driver scheduling.
- Handle company legal documentation, renewals, and regulatory compliance.
- Plan, implement, and monitor staff training and development programs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business administration, or a related field.
- 10–15 years of HR & Admin experience in the construction industry (mandatory).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Must hold a valid light driving license.
