Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and facility management.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Handle office supplies, housekeeping, and maintenance.
  • Maintain records, documents, and support compliance activities.
  • Assist in travel arrangements, meetings, and event coordination.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in administration/office management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; good communication skills.
