Key Responsibilities: Human Resource

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding).
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
  • Assist the HR Manager in payroll processing, performance management, and appraisal activities.
  • Conduct induction programs, coordinate employee training, and support engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented and followed across the organization.

Administration:

  • Oversee office administration, facility management, and vendor coordination.
  • Manage procurement of office supplies, stationery, and inventory.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, event organization, and office maintenance.
  • Maintain documentation and records for audits, compliance, and reporting.
  • Support management with data, reports, and general administrative correspondence.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or any graduate (MBA in HR preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and Admin roles.
  • Proficiency in HRMS tools, MS Office, and basic knowledge of labor laws.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Excellent multitasking, time management, and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
