Job Description:

We are looking for an HR & Admin executive to join our IT company. You will be the go-to person for multiple HR tasks, focusing on hiring new people and managing our current employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, sourcing, shortlisting, interview coordination, and salary negotiation.
  • Screening the candidate, conducting initial interviews, and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified talent.
  • The onboarding process for new joiners ensures a smooth and welcoming introduction to the company, completing all documentation and background verifications.
  • Maintain employee records, documents, and contracts organized and up-to-date.
  • Track employee attendance and leave records.
  • Provide general administrative support by managing company expense reports and petty cash.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 6 months of work experience in HR-Recruitment or a similar role.
  • Plus point if you have prior experience with IT recruitment.
  • Good communication skills, both written & verbal
  • Comfortable using social media and job boards like Indeed and LinkedIn to source the candidates.
  • Best practices of MS Excel.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
