Job Title: Office Admin Executive & HR

Location: Jodhpur | Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office tasks assigned by seniors
  • Handle general office administration and coordination
  • Manage hiring process – posting jobs, screening, scheduling interviews
  • Maintain employee records and attendance
  • Assist in payroll coordination and HR documentation
  • Plan basic employee engagement activities
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferably HR or Administration)
  • 0–1 years of experience in office admin or HR role
  • Good communication and computer skills
  • Organized, responsible, and team-oriented
