Payroll Management:

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on schedule.
  • Maintain payroll data including attendance, leave, overtime, deductions, and incentives.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Coordinate with finance and external agencies for payroll-related audits and statutory filings.
  • Prepare salary slips, payroll reports, and reconciliation statements.

HR Administration:

  • Maintain and update employee records (personal files, HRMS data, etc.).
  • Assist in the onboarding and exit formalities of employees.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and employee time tracking.
  • Support HR policies implementation and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Draft HR letters (offer, confirmation, appraisal, warning, relieving, etc.).
  • Coordinate employee engagement, training programs, and HR initiatives.

Compliance & Reporting:

  • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in line with company and legal requirements.
  • Prepare periodic HR and payroll reports for management review.
  • Handle internal and external HR audits.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
