JOB SUMMARY:
Human resource & Admin Manager possess excellent decision-making, strategic thinking, leadership, interpersonal, and ethical conduct skills. Beyond these traits, Human Resource & Admin Manager must be well-educated in their field of expertise and has robust work experiences.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Enhances the organization’s human resources by projecting, planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, and put into practices.
- Responsible for the full spectrum of the HR / Payroll & Administration.
- Handle company’s recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes.
- Maintain work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training team to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; and counselling employees and supervisors.
- Implementation of all safety measures
- Prepare and apply Human Resources and administration Sops and policies to all employees
- In charge of full spectrum of office administration and pantry supplies replenishment.
- Other specific duties as assigned.
- INTERNAL COMPANY OPERATION:
- Responsible for the smooth business operation of the company
- Manage the customer service to maintain the central information of internal communicate among the team and professional transfer to customer by dealing all operation matter during operated hours
- Projected and monitored the budget to support the Hr and Admin department in each year
- Monthly report on daily task to management
- HUMAN RESOURCE DEPARTMENT:
- Creating manpower projection
- Managing the working hour and up to date with request to change and tracking proper attendance
- Prepare orientation or any mandatory training if required by staff or their line manager consider as necessary to have
- Recruitment responsibility
- Performance Evaluation Responsibility (Staffing)
- Solving all the HR matter and record in disciplinary Report
- Feedback on monthly attendance and summit to management every 01st of following month
- Payroll preparation
- NSSF obligation
- ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT:
- Manage the repairing and building maintenance
- Ensure the staff have a clean and safe working environment
- Ensure the Hr and Admin procedure or SOP has been implemented correctly by the staff
- Up to date the policy to staff by interpret anything that require modify.
- Create new form/documentary to support the process that still have lacking point
- Ensure the communicate is the key
- Conduct the meeting as request by all department and management
- Issues announcement to customer and internal memo for internal operation
- Check the electric meter for join tenant every 15th of the month
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree of related field or Master Degree is a plus.
- 3+ years’ experience in management and skill expertise
- Excellent in Microsoft Office and Online work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Willingness to drive the company’s culture and multi-task Player
- Well versed in HR System in SME Payroll
