Position Overview

The HR and Admin Executive will play a dual role in managing human resources functions and ensuring the smooth operation of administrative activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, office management, and vendor coordination.

Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management in HR systems.
  • Support payroll processing and coordinate with finance for salary disbursements.
  • Handle statutory compliance including PF, ESI, gratuity, and labor law requirements.
  • Assist with performance management, appraisals, and employee development initiatives.
  • Organize employee engagement, training, and welfare programs.
  • Address employee queries and support positive workplace relations.
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation for management review.

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Oversee general office administration, housekeeping, and facility management.
  • Coordinate procurement of office supplies, stationery, and equipment.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely service and maintenance.
  • Handle travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics for staff and visitors.
  • Maintain records of company assets and ensure proper upkeep.
  • Support management in organizing meetings, events, and compliance audits.
  • Ensure office policies and procedures are followed across departments.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Human Resources / Business Administration or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • 2–5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in a manufacturing, engineering, or trading company.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software (HRIS/ERP).
  • Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
