An HR & Admin Executive is responsible for managing employee records, Assisting with recruitment & ensuring compliance with the policies while also handling general administrative duties
Tasks and Activities
HR MANAGEMENT:
- Maintain accurate employee records
- Guiding employees on HR Policies, procedures & employment related matters
- Assisting with managing employee relations
- Staying updated on the HR Laws and regulations
- Tracking and managing employee leave requests
- Assisting with the recruitment process such as posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
- Onboarding and off boarding of new and old employees responsibilities
OFFICE MANAGEMENT:
- Performing tasks like filing photocopying , scanning and answering calls.
- Maintaining day to day office tasks such as utility, salik payments, office supplies etc.
- Assisting the finance consultants in scanning and filing of vouchers, invoices etc.
- Email management
- Assist IT Consultants in performing IT support tasks.
- Guest & Visitor Management
- Liaise with external consultants for website management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED2,700.00 per month
