We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Admin Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in handling free zone visa applications, managing payroll processes, maintaining leave and attendance records, and working with ERP systems. This role is crucial in supporting HR operations and ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage free zone visa applications, renewals, and cancellations in coordination with relevant authorities (AXS, DDA)
- Manage the end-to-end payroll cycle, ensuring accurate calculation of salaries, deductions, overtime, and benefits.
- Maintain accurate records of employee leaves, absences, and attendance in alignment with company policies.
- Support HR operations by updating employee records, documents, and contracts in the ERP system.
- Prepare reports related to payroll, leave balances, and employee data for management.
- To perform and manage all the necessary visa processing. All visa-related processes (new visa, renewal, cancellation, amendments. Employment Contract issuance.
- Assist in maintaining up-to-date HR policies and procedures in line with UAE labor law.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including filing, responding to employee queries, and handling confidential information.
- Managing Employee exit formalities, including the cancellation process, and finalizing the Final Settlement.
- To perform and manage all licensing/government document processing. All trade license processes (new license, renewal, amendments). Share affairs and articles of association process. P.O. Box and Establishment card process.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in an HR administrative role within the UAE.
- Proven experience handling Free Zone visa processing
- Strong knowledge of payroll calculation and labor law compliance.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, FirstBit, Zoho, or similar platforms).
- Proficient in leave management and tracking tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in HR or payroll (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is an advantage.
- Experience with multiple Free Zone authorities is a plus.
