Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter who will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various client requirements. The role requires strong communication skills, job portal knowledge, and the ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Sourcing & Screening
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Apna), LinkedIn, references, and databases
Perform resume screening as per client requirements
Conduct telephonic interviews to assess skills, experience, salary, and notice period
Shortlist suitable profiles and share with clients
2️⃣ Candidate Coordination
Schedule interviews between candidates and clients
Follow up for interview feedback
Coordinate offer discussions and joining formalities
Maintain regular communication with candidates until joining
3️⃣ Client Handling
Understand job descriptions and hiring requirements clearly
Provide timely updates on candidate pipeline
Maintain quality and turnaround time (TAT)
4️⃣ Database & Reporting
Maintain candidate database and tracker sheets
Prepare daily/weekly hiring reports
Maintain proper documentationm
Required Skills
Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
Basic understanding of recruitment process
Knowledge of job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
Ability to work under targets and deadlines
Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
Confidence in handling candidate objections
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline
MBA (HR) preferred but not mandatory
Experience
Fresher with strong communication can apply
