Position: HR & Admin Executive (Male)
Shift Time: 11am - 8pm Mon-Friday
Location: Architects Engineers Housing Society (Onsite)
Salary Range : 50,000 to 65000 PKR
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and responsible HR & Admin Executive with 1.5 to 2 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, payroll coordination, and office administration. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage day-to-day HR and administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (screening, interviews, onboarding)
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Handle attendance and leave management
- Assist in payroll preparation and coordination
- Support performance management processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Assist in employee engagement and HR activities
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations
- Manage office supplies and vendor coordination
- Handle utility bills, maintenance, and office logistics
- Coordinate meetings and maintain office records
- Support management with reports and documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in BBA, B.Com, MBA (HR preferred)
- 1.5 to 3 years of relevant HR & Admin experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Basic knowledge of payroll and HRIS systems is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work independently
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
