We are looking for an HR / Admin Executive to handle day-to-day HR operations and administrative responsibilities. This role requires someone organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and hiring (screening candidates, scheduling interviews, onboarding)
- Maintain and update employee records, files, and documentation
- Track attendance, leave, and staff records
- Handle general HR operations and administrative tasks
- Ensure proper filing and organization of company documents
- Support the team with day-to-day administrative coordination
Requirements
- 1 - 3 years of experience in HR/Admin or similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Basic understanding of HR processes and documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Preferred (not mandatory)
- Experience in F&B or hospitality industry
- Familiarity with HR systems or attendance tracking tools
Pay: Up to BD350.000 per month
