HR / Admin Executive

We are looking for an HR / Admin Executive to handle day-to-day HR operations and administrative responsibilities. This role requires someone organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment and hiring (screening candidates, scheduling interviews, onboarding)
  • Maintain and update employee records, files, and documentation
  • Track attendance, leave, and staff records
  • Handle general HR operations and administrative tasks
  • Ensure proper filing and organization of company documents
  • Support the team with day-to-day administrative coordination

Requirements

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in HR/Admin or similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and documentation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

Preferred (not mandatory)

  • Experience in F&B or hospitality industry
  • Familiarity with HR systems or attendance tracking tools

Pay: Up to BD350.000 per month

Work Location: In person
