Position Title: HR Administrator
Department: Human Resources
Reporting To: HR Manager / Operations Manager
Job Summary
The HR Administrator is responsible for handling HR operations along with government-related processes in Bahrain, including LMRA, GOSI, and Tamkeen. The role requires strong knowledge of Bahrain labor regulations and administrative procedures.
Key ResponsibilitiesHR & Administrative Duties
- Maintain employee records (files, contracts, attendance, leave)
- Assist in recruitment (screening, interview scheduling)
- Prepare HR documents (offer letters, contracts, certificates)
- Support payroll by managing attendance, overtime, and leave data
- Handle onboarding and exit formalities
Government & Compliance Work
- Process work visas and permits via Labour Market Regulatory Authority
- Manage employee insurance and contributions with General Organization for Social Insurance
- Handle CPR, residency permits, and renewals through Nationality, Passports & Residence Affairs
- Coordinate company documentation with Ministry of Industry and Commerce
Tamkeen Related Responsibilities
- Apply and manage company support programs through Tamkeen
- Handle wage support applications and reimbursement tracking
- Upload required employee and salary data to Tamkeen portal
- Ensure compliance with Tamkeen policies and documentation
- Coordinate with finance team for claim submissions and follow-ups
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration
- Minimum 2–4 years experience in Bahrain HR/Admin
- Strong knowledge of LMRA, GOSI, Tamkeen, and visa processes
- Familiarity with Bahrain Labour Law
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Good communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
