HR Functions:

 End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding

 Coordinate mobilization and demobilization of labour across sites.

 Employee records management (Joining, Confirmation, Attendance, leave, Exit formalities)

 Payroll coordination and compliance with statutory requirements

 Handling employee grievances and maintaining discipline

 Implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices

 Performance appraisal coordination and HR reporting

Statutory & Compliance Support:

 Ensure compliance with labour laws (PF, ESIC, Minimum Wages, CLRA if applicable).

 Maintain statutory registers and documentation.

 Coordinate with contractors for compliance documentation.

 Support audits and inspections when required.

Administration Functions:

 Office administration and facility management

 Manage office administration, files, and records.

 Maintain vendor records (transport, travel agents, contractors).

 Support recruitment of Skilled & Unskilled labour.

 Ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations

Ticketing & Travel Management:

 Handle bus/train/flight ticket bookings for labour, supervisors, engineers, and management.

 Coordinate travel plans for inter-site transfers.

 Maintain travel records and cost tracking.

 Arrange local transport, accommodation, and site logistics when needed.

Coordination & Reporting:

 Act as a link between Head Office, site teams, and contractors.

 Prepare daily/weekly/monthly HR & admin reports.

 Monitor labour productivity and deployment efficiency.

 Support management with manpower planning and cost control.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
