HR Functions:
End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
Coordinate mobilization and demobilization of labour across sites.
Employee records management (Joining, Confirmation, Attendance, leave, Exit formalities)
Payroll coordination and compliance with statutory requirements
Handling employee grievances and maintaining discipline
Implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Performance appraisal coordination and HR reporting
Statutory & Compliance Support:
Ensure compliance with labour laws (PF, ESIC, Minimum Wages, CLRA if applicable).
Maintain statutory registers and documentation.
Coordinate with contractors for compliance documentation.
Support audits and inspections when required.
Administration Functions:
Office administration and facility management
Manage office administration, files, and records.
Maintain vendor records (transport, travel agents, contractors).
Support recruitment of Skilled & Unskilled labour.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations
Ticketing & Travel Management:
Handle bus/train/flight ticket bookings for labour, supervisors, engineers, and management.
Coordinate travel plans for inter-site transfers.
Maintain travel records and cost tracking.
Arrange local transport, accommodation, and site logistics when needed.
Coordination & Reporting:
Act as a link between Head Office, site teams, and contractors.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly HR & admin reports.
Monitor labour productivity and deployment efficiency.
Support management with manpower planning and cost control.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
