Job Description:

Merit Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Manager – HR & Administration to oversee HR operations, administrative functions, employee engagement, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in HR processes and factory/field workforce handling.

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain statutory compliance records – PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Labour laws, etc.

Assist in monthly payroll inputs and employee attendance tracking.

Handle employee documentation, ID cards, and HRMS updates.

Coordinate with government portals for statutory filings.

Manage office administration – housekeeping, stationery, vendor coordination.

Handle employee queries, leave records, and policy compliance.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in HR/Administration or relevant field.

2–5 years of experience in HR operations or statutory compliance.

Good knowledge of PF/ESI portals and HR documentation.

Strong organizational and administrative skills.

Ability to multitask and handle deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
