Job Description: HR Executiv

Experience: 2 years

Job Location: Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

● Talent Sourcing: Utilise various channels to source potential candidates, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and internal databases.Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future opportunities.

● Collaboration with the Hiring Manager: Partner with the hiring manager to understand specific requirements .

● Frequently provide the recruiting manager with updates regarding available positions.

● Job Posting: Job posting to be done on various portals and social media accounts.

● Initial candidate screening: Review the resumes and applications received to shortlist the qualified candidates.

● Conduct initial phone screening to assess the candidate’s suitability.

● Coordinate and conduct interviews

● Finalise and communicate job offers to the candidates.

● Monitor the timeline and reconsider hiring methods if necessary

Human Resources Duties:

● Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including job posting, screening, and interviewing candidates.

● Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

● Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

● Support performance management and employee development initiatives.

● Organize employee engagement activities and team-building events.

Administrative Duties:

● Oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive work environment.

● Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.

● Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.

● Maintain and update office documentation and filing systems.

● Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management for office maintenance.

● Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.

● Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and meetings.

Qualifications and Skills:

● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

● Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a combined HR and Administrative role.

● Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.

● Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

● Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.

● Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

● High level of confidentiality and integrity.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

● HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is an advantage.

● Experience in office administration or facility management.

● Familiarity with payroll systems and employee management software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
