The purpose of the HR Admin II position is to support the Retail Recruiters in posting open requisitions on various job platforms and social media platforms. They will manage the flow of candidates through the recruitment process, from the pre-employment process to bringing new Team Members on board. The HR Admin II reports to the Retail Director of Talent Acquisition.
Responsibilities
Post position openings onto targeted websites or other media
Maintain and coordinate all career fair/open interview day swag materials
Initiate all pre-employment process for each new hire – background check, request appropriate approvals and order drug screens
Provide backup support for Recruiters as needed
Communicate effectively with candidates, recruiters, HR Business Partners and field managers at all stages in the recruiting process
Complete onboarding process with all new hires
Complete day one compliance requirements with General Managers for their new hires
Create flyers and other various recruiting material on Canva
Proficient in all systems: Workday, HireRight, Word, and Excel
Assist in planning team events
Other duties as required

Ability and willingness to travel when necessary (typically less than 10% of total job function)
Typically requires 2+ years of experience and/or related degree
