We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Intern to support daily HR operations and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, organized, and able to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment activities, including CV screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Support onboarding documentation and maintain employee records.
  • Help manage attendance, leaves, and HR administrative data.
  • Provide support in organizing meetings, training sessions, and internal events.
  • Assist in preparing HR letters, reports, and documentation.
  • Maintain office supplies, coordinate with vendors, and support general administrative tasks.
  • Ensure confidentiality of employee data and comply with company policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in progress or completed (HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command over MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work responsibly, maintain confidentiality, and handle tasks independently.
  • Eager to learn and grow in the HR/Admin field.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
