We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Intern to support daily HR operations and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, organized, and able to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment activities, including CV screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Support onboarding documentation and maintain employee records.
- Help manage attendance, leaves, and HR administrative data.
- Provide support in organizing meetings, training sessions, and internal events.
- Assist in preparing HR letters, reports, and documentation.
- Maintain office supplies, coordinate with vendors, and support general administrative tasks.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee data and comply with company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in progress or completed (HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command over MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work responsibly, maintain confidentiality, and handle tasks independently.
- Eager to learn and grow in the HR/Admin field.
