Location: Indiranagar, Bengaluru

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Friday) Hybid
Duration: 3-6 months
Work Mode: Hybrid
Weekly Structure: 4 days in-office, 1-day WFH

Role Overview:
This role supports both HR operations and day-to-day administrative tasks. You will assist in documentation, onboarding, HRIS updates, vendor coordination, and basic office admin responsibilities. The internship offers hands-on exposure to payroll support, HR policies, hiring processes, and HRMS tools like KEKA & Zoho.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Post jobs on hiring platforms, sourcing and Screening
  • Coordinate interview scheduling.
  • Maintain hiring trackers, documentation, and simple monthly reports.
  • Support onboarding and induction collect documents, update records, and guide new joiners.
  • Prepare and issue HR letters such as Offer, Confirmation, Experience, etc.
  • Update employee records, HRIS data, attendance inputs, and leave details.
  • Assist payroll team with attendance checks and other backend data.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors: insurance provider, bank (salary accounts), and others.
  • Handle basic office admin tasks such as stationery, vendor follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams.
  • Support employee engagement activities and small internal events.
  • Assist with policy communication, data collection, and operational follow-through.
  • Provide support for background verification and document management.
What You Will Learn:
  • Practical HR Operations and HRMS hands-on experience (KEKA & Zoho).
  • Payroll input process attendance checks, salary data, compliance basics.
  • Drafting and managing HR documentation with accuracy.
  • Interview coordination and onboarding workflow.
  • Vendor and office administration management.
  • HR policy structure and implementation essentials.
  • Work processes within a Branding, Design & Marketing company.
  • Efficient workflow shortcuts and smart-execution methods.
  • Improved communication and leadership exposure.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree (completed or ongoing).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace.
  • Accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage operational work within deadlines.

Bonus Skills (Not mandatory):
  • LinkedIn Recruiter Lite exposure

  • Interest in payroll or HR analytics
